Unique Floor Conditions
In recent months we have had an influx of very interesting cases. A brand new hospital had all of its rubber flooring come loose. The sealer on a slate pool deck was flaking off. A house was shaking so badly that the stone flooring was braking. Moisture vapor intrusion caused a solid wood floor to become moldy. These and many other unique conditions required the need for an expert forensic flooring investigation.
We have developed a new demographic in our client pool. Floor covering contractors have ask us to look significant installations prior to the beginning of work on carpet, wood flooring, rubber flooring dimensional stone, linoleum, cork, sheet vinyl, vinyl tile, ceramic tile and other flooring treatment installations. We have been asked to interface with the construction management team and present explanations for anomalous site conditions and prepare installation protocols that are not covered by boilerplate.
